I made dinner for our family tonight. I was planning on making a stir fry.  While getting the chicken out of the freezer, I saw the orange juice concentrate.  Today is Fast Sunday, so being especially in the mood for some great food (and orange juice concentrate), I changed my plans and decided I wanted to make Orange Chicken.  Thanks to my trusty friend Google, I found this great recipe and made it to the delight of our whole family.  Even little Cambree ate a lot.  We'll definitely be making this again some time.
